By continuing to utilize this platform and it's services you agree that both the parties shall work to settle or resolve any & all disputes without involving owners of the iMarket TV, IMARKETTV.COM over-the-top (OTT) video & live streaming, video amplification, and member subscription platform to include any of it's brand, network, or service websites such as its community membership platform The iMarket Network Community, THEIMARKETNETWORK.COM, its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SaaS hosting platform, The iMarket Network CRM, THEIMARKETNETWORK.NET, its agency website The iMarket Network Agency, THEIMARKETNETWORK.BIZ, or any other channels or services owned, designed, administered, and hosted by its parent company, The iMarket Network, LLC., under any circumstances.
